1 1/2 cups R.W. Knudsen® Just Cranberry™ Juice
1 1/2 cups orange juice with most pulp
6 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice divided
3/4 cup cold whipping cream
2 tablespoons organic agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
Fresh orange peel strips, for garnish
COMBINE cranberry juice, orange juice, honey and 1/8 teaspoon allspice in medium bowl, stirring until honey is dissolved.
Pour in 8-inch baking pan.
Freeze until edges begin to set, about 1 hour.
Stir and mash icy areas with fork.
Freeze until mixture is slushy, about 1 hour.
Stir and mash with fork.
Freeze, without stirring, until firm, about 3 hours.
SCRAPE surface of granita with fork until entire mixture is small ice crystals.
Cover and freeze until ready to serve.
BEAT cream, agave nectar, orange peel and remaining 1/8 teaspoon allspice in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until stiff peaks form.
Scoop granita into stemmed glasses.
Top with whipped cream. Garnish with orange peel, if desired.
