  • baby mixed greens
  • ½ finely sliced fennel bulb
  • ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • handful of finely chopped tarragon (2-3 stems)
  • basil (5-6 leaves)
  • ¼ cup of pine nuts
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice (½ lemon)
  • 2 tsp. of almond oil
  • sea salt and pepper
  • 1 avocado


  1. Toss the following in large bowl: baby mixed greens, fennel, cherry tomatoes, tarragon, basil, pine nuts, lemon juice, almond oil
  2. Add sea salt and pepper to taste
  3. Garnish with sliced avocado
