Glazed Manuka Honey Donuts

With fall on the horizon and change in the air, it makes sense that our food choices follow suit. This recipe for Glazed Manuka Honey Donuts is both satisfying and nutritious – the perfect accompaniment to a crisp morning and your favorite cup of coffee.


  • 1/2 cup Organic Pumpkin (Puree)
  • 28 grams, Coconut Flour
  • 2 Scoops Vegan Protein Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tb Manuka Honey + 1 tsp for glaze
  • 1 Tb Cinnamon + 1 Tb for glaze
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Ground all spice
  • pinch of Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Melted coconut oil
  • plus 1 Tb coconut oil for glaze
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 Tb Stevia + 1 Tb for glaze
  • Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt


(Optional: These also make great muffins if you don’t have donut baking molds!)

  1. Preheat oven to 325 and spray molds with nonstick spray. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl. Add in dry ingredients, one at time, to prevent clumps.
  2. Add in water 1-2 Tb at a time until you have a thick batter.
  3. Divide batter into molds + bake for 11-15 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl mix melted coconut oil + honey.
  5. In another bowl mix stevia and cinnamon.
  6. If serving right away brush the donuts with melted coconut oil + honey, dip into cinnamon, stevia mix.
