Best of all, gather the kids to help make this treat as it’s really fun to put together. Now call in the kids and get shaking!

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 containers Silk Dairy Free Yogurt Alternative
  • 2 cups coconut milk

  1. Place the pineapple and coconut into a blender and squeeze the juice from the lemon on top. Blend about 10 to 20 seconds - the mixture does not need to be smooth.
  2. Place 1/2 cup oats into the bottom of each Mason jar (4 jars). Layer 1/2 container of Silk Dairy Free Yogurt Alternative on top of the oats.
  3. Top the yogurt alternative with about 1/2 cup pineapple coconut mix, finally adding about 1/2 cup coconut milk on top.
  4. Cap the Mason jars and shake well.
  5. Place in the refrigerator and leave overnight. The oats will be ready in the morning.
