2 slices 100% whole wheat bread
1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons Santa Cruz Organic® Dark Roasted Creamy Peanut Butter
1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons Santa Cruz Organic® Strawberry Fruit Spread
1 slice cheddar cheese
2 6-inch skewers
3 small strawberries
3 large round grapes
CUT eight 1 1/2-inch rounds from bread with 1-1/2-inch round cutter*. Spread 4 rounds with peanut butter. Spread remaining rounds with fruit spread. Top fruit spread rounds with peanut butter rounds to form 4 sandwiches.
CUT 4 cheese rounds using 1-1/2-inch scalloped cookie cutter. Place cheese on top sandwiches. Thread onto two 6-inch skewers starting with fruit and alternating with sandwiches.
TO MAKE SQUARE SANDWICHES: Stack two slices of bread on top of one another. Remove crust. Cut remaining bread into 3-inch square. Cut into 4 equal-sized squares. Remove top bread. Continue with step 1 by spreading bread with peanut butter.
