  • 2 carrots
  • ½ de-seeded red bell pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ inch of ginger root
  • ½ handful of parsley leaves
  • sea salt and pepper (to taste)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • parsley leaves
  • water


  1. Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth
  2. Add water (½-1 cup) as needed until desired consistency
  3. Garnish with extra virgin olive oil and parsley leaves
