Snack Size Hummus Wraps

Imagine. It’s three o’clock and there is a ravenous mob on its way to ransack your kitchen, searching to satisfy their hunger. Good thing Rudi's put together this easy, straight forward recipe that is perfect for an after school snack. Using their Gluten-Free Fiesta Tortillas and just three other ingredients, these wraps will be ready to serve in no time!


  • 3 Rudi’s Gluten-Free Fiesta Tortillas
  • 2 cups Life Force Brocco Sprouts
  • 3 oz. Organic Valley Montery Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup Hope Hummus Sweet Potato Hummus


  1. Steam tortillas to make them more pliable. (Alternative: place a damp paper towel over tortillas and microwave for 15 seconds.)
  2. Once warm, divide and spread hummus evenly over tortillas.
  3. Divide and spread sprouts evenly over tortillas and hummus. Press down slightly so they hold.
  4. Cut cheese into thin slices and place over tortillas.
  5. Roll up tortillas and slice into bite size pieces.
