This delicious recipe takes 5 minutes to prepare the night before and is a quick and delicious start to your day. It is filling and good for you too. You’ll love that there is no prep in the morning and you’ll love the taste even more. Remove from your fridge, stir, slice a banana on top and enjoy!


  • 1/3 cup oat bran (or 1/2 cup rolled oats)
  • 1/2 cup Honey Noosa Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Dash of salt


  1. The night before, combine all ingredients in a lidded container.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, just stir and consume! Top with banana slices if desired.
