Ingredients:
- 8 oz. ground chicken or pork or meat substitute
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup celery or water chestnuts, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. The Ginger People Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. The Ginger People Minced Ginger
- 1/2 of 16-oz. pkg. wonton wrappers
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- The Ginger Peoples Sweet Ginger Chili Sauce (for dipping)
Directions:
- In skillet, cook and stir ground meat until no pink remains. Stir in carrots, celery, or water chestnuts, Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Sauce, sherry, cornstarch and grated ginger. Mix well. Spoon 1 rounded tsp. of filling on top a wonton wrapper. Lightly brush edges with water.
- To shape each wonton, carefully bring 2 opposite points of the square wrapper up over filling and pinch together in center. Carefully bring the 2 remaining opposite points to the center and pinch together. Pinch together edges to seal.
- Place wontons on greased cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 375° F for 8-10 minutes until light and crisp. Serve with sauce.

Is there anyone that is on the gluten free diet that may know what company makes rice wonton wrappers which are considered gluten free and where they are sold in Massachusetts? I would really like to make this recipe but I have no idea where I can find this main ingredient.
