Cinnamon-Honey Crunch
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup Explorer’s Bounty Puffed Cinnamon Banana
- 1 cup unblanched whole almonds
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup Explorer’s Bounty Puffed Cinnamon Pineapple
Directions:
- Combine brown sugar, butter, honey and cinnamon in a saucepan and heat until boiling.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl then pour heated mixture over the top and stir until mixed.
- Lay everything in a greased cake pan and bake at 250 degrees for 40-50 minutes (Stilling every 10 minutes).
- Let cool on wax paper and serve in a large bowl for snacking.
