Dukkah Dipped Crostini
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. chopped roasted almonds
- 2 Tbsp. chopped hazelnuts
- 1 Tbsp.sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp. coriander seeds
- 1/4 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp. Jane’s Krazy Mixed-Up Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Jane’s Krazy Mixed-Up Pepper
- 1 baguette, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices, lightly toasted
- 2 Tbsp.olive oil
- snipped chives for garnish
Directions:
- Finely grind the nuts and seeds,then stir in the salt and pepper till well blended.
- Brush the baguette slices with oil then sprinkle on the salt and pepper mixture.
- Garnish each slice with chives.
Servings: 8, as an appetizer
