Five Little Peppers Dipping Sauce
This exciting sauce may remind you of gazpacho or fresh salsa, but when it meets brightened turkey or chicken, it may create a happy new memory.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup tamari (see Note)
- 1/2 tsp. Chef Paul Prudhommes Vegetable Magic®
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 cups onions, finely diced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped
- 1 cup red bell peppers, finely diced
- 3/4 cup green bell peppers, finely diced
- 3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. seeded Anaheim peppers, finely diced
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. seeded poblano peppers, finely diced
- 1 Tbsp. seeded serrano peppers, finely diced
Directions:
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, add balsamic vinegar and tamari, and stir until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until thoroughly blended.
