Fresh Corn and Poblano Salsa

Ingredients:
- 1 cup onions, minced
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro, minced
- 2 whole limes, squeezed of juice (reserved)
- 1 large poblano pepper, minced
- 1 large red bell pepper, minced
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- Fresh corn kernels
Directions:
- Add to large work bowl.
- Mix all together well.
- Enjoy!
