Quick Pickles
Ingredients:
- 1 sliced cucumber
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup apple cider or white wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup cane sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. Simply Organic Grind to a Salt Seasoning, whole
- 1/2 Tbsp. Simply Organic Grind to a Salt Seasoning, coarsely ground
Directions:
- Place cucumber slices in a heat-resistant container with airtight lid (approximately 3 to 4 cups capacity).
- Pour water and vinegar over slices. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Add onions and seasonings. Stir and refrigerate overnight.
