Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs garbanzo beans cooked
- 3 tbs tahini paste
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup red roasted pepper
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to the bowl of your food processor and pulse until the hummus is smooth.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
