Taco Bean Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 can (16 oz.) vegetarian refried beans
- 1 can (20 oz.) Natural Touch® vegetarian chili
- 1 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup (4 oz.) low fat shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- On large platter, spread out refried beans.
- Top with Natural Touch® vegetarian chili, sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with lowfat tortilla chips and fresh vegetables.
