Tahini-Garlic Tofu Spread
Ingredients:
- 1 pack firm Nasoya® Organic Tofu
- 3-4 Tbsp. organic sesame tahini
- 3-6 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. minced chives
Directions:
- Cube the tofu and put together with liquid from package into blender.
- Add the tahini and crushed garlic cloves and blend until smooth and creamy.
- A few more tablespoons of water may be added for extra smoothness.
- Add chives for decoration.
This Tahini-Garlic Tofu spread makes a great cream cheese substitute on bread or bagels but is also great as a dip for chips or broccoli.
