Florida Crystals® Organic Mojito

Ingredients:

• 4 fresh organic mint leaves (about 1 tsp.)
• 1 Tbsp. Florida Crystals® Organic Cane Sugar
• 2 Tbsp. fresh organic lime juice
• 1 1/2 oz. light rum (optional)
• Crushed ice
• Splash of Steaz® Organic Green Tea Soda Key Lime, chilled
• Organic lime slices, optional
• Fresh organic mint sprigs, optional

Directions:

1. Place mint, organic cane sugar and lime in a tall glass.
2. With the back of a wooden spoon, crush mint until organic cane is dissolved.
3. Stir in rum.
4. Fill glass with crushed ice. Top off glass with Steaz soda, to taste.
5. Stir drink well.
6. Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint sprigs, if desired.
