Lychee Lady

Recipe Courtesy of POM Wonderful.

Ingredients:

Garnish:

  • thin wheel of English cucumber

Directions:

  1. Muddle the lychee and the strawberry in the bottom of the mixing glass with half of the tea.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and shake well with ice.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and float a thin wheel of English cucumber on top of the drink.
