POM Morning Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Pom Wonderful® 100% Pomegranate Juice
- 3/4 cup vanilla soymilk or regular lowfat milk
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 large banana, peeled and broken into chunks
- 2 Tbsp. almonds, slivered or sliced
- 2-4 Tbsp. protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp. honey, or to taste
Ingredients:
- In a blender, combine the pomegranate juice with soymilk, ice cubes, banana, almonds, protein powder (optional), and honey to taste.
- Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
- Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
