Super Mama Soy Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Organic Valley® Vanilla Soy
- 1/2 cup blueberries (rich in antioxidants)
- 2 medium bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1 Tbsp. flax seeds (great source of fiber and omega-3 fatty acid)
- 1 Tbsp. raw almonds (rich in protein, vitamin E and essential fatty acids)
Directions:
- Whirl all ingredients in the blender until smooth (up to 5 minutes, as flax seeds require extra time).
