Tropical Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Vitasoy Vanilla Delight or Light Vanilla Soymilk
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
- 1-6 ice cubes
- Pineapple wedge and toasted coconut for garnish
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until thick and smooth.
- Garnish with toasted coconut and pineapple wedge.
