Egg-citing Breakfast for Kids
Ingredients:
- 2 Gold Circle Farms® eggs
- 2 bread slices or muffin halves
- 2 tsp. butter
- Shredded cheese optional
Directions:
- Cut out centers of bread slices or halves with cookie cutter or inverted drinking glass.
- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
- Place bread in pan.
- Crack eggs and slip into bread holes.
- Cook until bottom of bread is lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Turn over.
- Top with cheese, if desired.
- Cook until eggs are set, about 3 to 5 minutes.
