Almond Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy Maranatha® Almond Butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
- Combine first six ingredients. Beat until light and fluffy.
- Stir the dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture. Blend thoroughly.
- Shape into 1-inch balls and place about 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.
- Flatten with fork tines.
- Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
