Chocolate Soy Pudding

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup corn starch (1/3 cup if using as pie filling)
- 3 cups White Wave® Silk Soy Milk
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
- Combine cocoa, sugar, salt and cornstarch in pot. Mix well.
- Whip in soy milk. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, whipping constantly, then lower heat and cover.
- Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Whip in margarine and vanilla. Pour into bowls or baked pie crust.
- Chill for 3 hours.
