Pumpkin Spice Topping

Ingredients:
- 1 pint Organic Valley® Heavy Whipping Cream, chilled
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. granulated organic cane sugar
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
- Chill mixer bowl and beaters until ready to use. Chill bowl.
- With an electric mixer using the beater attachment, whip whipping cream for 30 seconds on low speed.
- Add sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Beat at high speed until soft peaks are formed.
- On low speed, blend in pumpkin until thoroughly mixed. Blend on high until light and fluffy – being careful not to over mix.
- For best results, make right before serving.
