Sweet Ambrosia Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup Brown Cow vanilla yogurt (fat level of your preference)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup coconut, shredded
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients and toss gently.
- Allow to chill in refrigerator for short time for best flavor.
