Very Berry Yogurt Pie with Graham Cracker Crust
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Health Valley® Graham Crackers crushed
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling:
2 cups (16 oz.) Alta Dena® Vanilla or Strawberry Yogurt
8 oz. whipped topping
2 cups chopped strawberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine crumbs, sugar and butter.
Press evenly into 9″ pie pan, covering bottom and sides.
Bake in oven for 5 minutes. Let cool.
Gently fold whipped topping into yogurt.
Stir in strawberries. Spoon into prepared crust.
Freeze 4 hours.
Before serving, place in refrigerator 15 minutes or until easily cut.
Garnish with additional whipped topping and strawberries.
