Golden Chai Tiramisu

Ingredients:
- 5 tea bags Numi Golden Chai
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 drops vanilla extract
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 tsp. spiced Rum
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 12 ladyfingers
- 4 Tbsp. additional sugar & 2 tsp. Cinnamon (for Cinnamon/Sugar Mix)
Directions:
- Steep 5 tea bags of Golden Chai in 3/4 cup boiling water for 4 minutes. Allow to cool, squeeze and remove tea bags.
- Beat egg yolks with 2 Tbsp. sugar until creamy. Add vanilla extract and fold in until smooth.
- Add Spiced Rum and 2 teaspoons sugar.
- Line clear bowl with butter. Carefully dip ladyfingers in tea and line bottom of bowl. Add 1/3 of cheese mixture. Sprinkle over with sugar mixture.
- Repeat the last 2 steps 2 more times. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.
