Easy Cheesy Pizza

Ingredients:
- 2 Vermont Bread® Cheddar Cheese English Muffins, split
- 1 medium red, ripe tomato
- 3 oz. part skim, low moisture mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 5 leaves of fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Directions:
- Slice tomato thinly, and top each muffin with two slices.
- Sprinkle muffins with cheese, basil, and ground pepper.
- Place in toaster oven at 450ºF for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
