Ginger Baked Halibut
Ingredients:
Nonstick cooking spray
2 pounds halibut (or other white fish of your choice)
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
Salt
Fresh ground black pepper
15 oz. bag Arico® Ginger On Fire Cassava Chips, finely crushed
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
Cut fish into 6 equal pieces (about 5-6oz each).
Combine soy sauce and sesame oil.
Lightly sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
Brush both sides of the fish pieces with soy sauce and oil mixture.
Set the fish pieces onto the baking sheet and top with chip crumbs, patting the chips onto the fish.
Bake uncovered until fish is opaque in center, about 12 minutes.
