Grilled Cilantro and Lime Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 lime wedges
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 Tsp. fat-free, low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 Valley’s® Family of Farms® boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour into plastic food-storage bag.
- Add chicken and shake until it is coated with sauce.
- Place full bag on plate in refrigerator for three hours, turning occasionally.
- Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before grilling.
- Place chicken on grill, basting often with sauce from bag, for 20 minutes.
- Turn and cook for another 20 minutes or until done.
- Serve with mixed greens and your favorite grain or pasta salad.
