Grilled Shrimp with Sweet Ginger Chili Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. large shrimp (16-20/lb), shelled and deveined
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 3 small fresh red chilies, seeds removed and cut into thin slices
- 1/4 cup sake or rice wine
- 1 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- Rice for serving
- Ginger People® Sweet Ginger Chili Sauce
Directions:
- Combine garlic, chilies, sake and sesame oil. Add shrimp.
- Toss lightly, cover with plastic wrap. Let marinate a minimum of 3 hours.
- Before grilling shrimp, prepare rice.
- Thread shrimp loosely onto skewers. Shrimp should lie flat.
- Grill until just opaque, about 2 minutes per side.
- Lay skewers over bed of rice. Drizzle Sweet Ginger Chili Sauce over shrimp and serve.
