Marinated Grilled Prawns

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. large prawns (size 16/20 or larger), shells on
- 1/2 cup of Consorzio Baja® lime marinade
- 2 Tbsp. red onion, minced
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped
- 4 bamboo skewers soaked, or metal skewers
Directions:
- Remove vein from Prawns.
- Put Prawns in a shallow non-aluminum baking dish.
- In a small bowl combine Consorzio Baja Lime Marinade, onion, garlic, cilantro.
- Pour over Prawns.
- Marinate in refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat grill or broiler.
- When ready to cook, thread prawns on skewers and grill or broil, turning once, until done, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Can be served arm or at room temperature.
- Goes great with orzo and fresh sauteed veggies.
