Prego® Skillet Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Prego® Organic Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs. skinless boneless chicken breast halves (4 to 6)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)
Directions:
- Stir 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese into pasta sauce.
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook for about 10 minutes or until browned.
- Pour sauce mixture over chicken, turning to coat with sauce.
- Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
