Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients:
Meatballs:
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Valley’s® Family of Farms® Lean Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Organic Valley® Milk
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Organic Valley Family of Farms® Breakfast Sausage
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 – 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Organic Valley® egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Sauce:
- 3/4 cup Organic Valley® Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breakfast sausage, onion, bread crumbs, milk, beaten egg, apple cider vinegar and parsley.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Form into golf ball sized meatballs and fry in olive oil till browned.
- Bake alternative: Bake until brown in oven at 350° F; keep sauce separate.
- In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Reduce heat.
- Slowly add sour cream, paprika, and salt.
- Pour over meatballs in skillet (if frying). Stir occasionally until heated through.
