Sweet & Tangy Crab Saute
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp.of lemon juice
- 16 oz. pre-cooked crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup baby carrots, sliced around ¼ inch thick
- 1/2 cup Vidalia onions, diced
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. San-J Sweet & Tangy Sauce
Directions:
- Add lemon juice to crabmeat; mix to coat.
- Heat oil in a skillet (non-stick works best) over medium flame.
- Add tomatoes, carrots, onions to skillet & saute, stirring occasionally, until onions caramelize.
- Add crabmeat, garlic powder and ginger; saute 7 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add balsamic vinegar and mix well; continue to saute for another 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add San-J Sweet & Tangy Sauce, mix well and then remove from heat and serve.
Servings: 4
Serving suggestion: over salad of mixed baby greens or brown rice.
