Sweet Panko Encrusted Salmon
Submitted by Michelle G. of Rapid City, SD, for the Mambolicious Recipe Contest 2009.
Ingredients:
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup real maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. garlic pepper
- 2/3 cup Ian’s Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
- Wash salmon fillets with cold water. Pat dry.
- Coat each fillet generously with lime juice, soy sauce, maple syrup, and garlic pepper.
- Mix Ian’s Panko Breadcrumbs with olive oil. Spread over salmon filets (make more if needed).
- Bake at 425° F for about 30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
