Thai-Style Skewered Chicken
Ingredients:
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. grated fresh lime peel
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 large cloves garlic, pressed
- 8 (12-inch) metal skewers
- 3 Tbsp. Kikkoman® Thai Style Chili Sauce
Directions:
- Marinate thighs in mixture of next 4 ingredients in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Thread 2 thighs, side by side, on 2 skewers; leave space between pieces. Repeat.
- Broil 4 inches from heat source for 10 minutes.
- Brush thighs with chili sauce. Turn over and brush with remaining sauce.
- Broil 5 minutes longer, or until no longer pink in thickest part.
