Rainforest Green Tea-ni

Cook Time: 15 seconds

Ingredients:

• 3 tea bags Numi Maté Lemon Green (Rainforest Green)
• 3 tea bags Numi Ginger Sun
• 2 oz. Square One Organic Vodka
• 1.5 oz. unsweetened fresh lime juice
• ½ oz. agave nectar
• ¼ oz. Cointreau
• Lime zest for garnish

Directions:

1. To infuse Vodka, place 6 tea bags per 750 ml bottle of vodka (in this case, 3of each flavor). Let steep for at least 4-6 hrs. Remove bags before use.
2. Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into martini glass.
3. Using a cocktail zester, add a tiny amount (1-2 passes) of lime zest to finish cocktail.
