Healthy Lentil Salad

Ingredients:
- 3 cups brown lentils, cooked
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 10 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 2 basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Jane’s Krazy Mixed Up Salt
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
- You can also add raw broccoli and mushrooms.
Servings: 8
