Peppery Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 6-oz. cans tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise or sour cream
- 1 – 2 Tbsp. diced pimento or roasted sweet peppers
- 1 Tbsp. Simply Organic Basil Leaf
- 1 tsp. Simply Organic Mustard Powder
- 2 tsp. Simply Organic Get Crackin Peppercorns, coarse grind
Directions:
- Place tuna in a medium mixing bowl.
- Fold in mayonnaise and pimento.
- Stir in basil, mustard and Simply Organic Get Crackin peppercorns.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
Note: Serve on toasted bagel with slice of Swiss cheese. Serve our Quick Pickles along with Peppery Tuna for a crunchy treat!
