Potato & Tofu Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Nasoya Nayonaise
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup pickles or green olives, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 package (14oz) Nasoya Extra Firm Tofu, diced
- 1 cup chopped green peppers
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 3 cups potatoes, cooked and diced
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together, chill and serve.
