Feisty, Fast & Fun Fish Burgers

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. fresh tuna
- 2 Tbsp. of your favorite mayo
- 3 Tbsp. The Ginger People’s Ginger Sesame Sauce
- 1 packet Ian Panko Breadcrumbs – Original
- 1 cup + 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pack of good hamburger buns with sesame seeds on top (sliced in half)
- 3-4 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 1 small red onion
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:
- Slice onion and separate rings. Heat olive oil in a small fry pan and add onions, pinch of salt, dash of pepper.
- Meanwhile, Heat 1 cup oil in fry pan on medium heat. Cut fish into 4-6 burger size pieces. Put Ian’s Panko Breadcrumbs, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper into meduim bowl.
- Cover fish completely with breadcrumbs, and put into hot oil. Onions should be done now, take out of pan and set aside, but leave pan on.
- Take buns apart and set inside down on pan with onion oil (if needed add a dash of olive oil). Now fish should be golden brown on one side, turn fish.
- In small bowl, mix The Ginger People’s Ginger Sesame Sauce and mayo and set aside. Buns should be done, lightly toasted.
- When fish is golden brown on both sides, should be done- remove from heat and put on paper towel or clean cardboard and dash with salt and pepper.
- Assemble burgers as follows: Bun, Sauce, Fish, Onions, Lettuce, Sauce, Bun, cut in half and serve. Please! Try to chew and swallow before stuffing your next bite!
