Ingredients:
1/2 cup Fresh Meyer Lemon Hummus
1 medium whole wheat wrap
3-4 fresh tomato slices
small handful micro-arugula sprouts
4 slices avocado
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Assemble the ingredients per the video and enjoy!
Also very yummy with garden veg cream cheese in place of hummus
