Grilled Chicken Caesar-Style Wraps
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 oz. Broccosprout® Sandwich Style Sprout Blends
- 1 package romaine hearts
- Caesar dressing
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Place chicken breasts, lemon juice and oil in plastic bag. Seal and turn to coat. Wait 10 minutes.
- Place chicken in bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill about 10 minutes, turning once, until done but still moist.
- Coarsely chop romaine hearts.
- Remove stem and seeds from bell pepper. Slice into thin strips.
- Slice chicken into strips.
- Divide romaine, bell pepper, chicken and sprouts among tortillas.
- Drizzle with Caesar dressing.
- Fold bottom of tortilla over mixture about 3 inches and roll horizontally.
