“Traditional” Clubhouse Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 3 slices Yves® Canadian Veggie Bacon
- 3 slices Yves® Veggie Turkey
- 1/2 tsp. olive oil
- 3 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 Tbsp. soy mayonnaise
- 1 – 2 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices ripe tomato
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
Directions:
- Toast bread and spread mayonnaise on two pieces of bread. Place Yves® Turkey slices and lettuce on bottom piece. Cover with second piece.
- Saute Yves Canadian Veggie Bacon over medium heat for 30 seconds on each side.
- Place bacon and tomato on second piece of toast. Sprinkle salt and pepper on tomato and cover with third piece of toast.
- Cut diagonally into 4 pieces and serve.
