Cheddar Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 box Annie’s® Family Size Shells & Cheddar
- 2 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. Cheddar Cheese from packet
- 1 1/2 to 2 cup fresh broccoli, steamed and cooked “al dente”
- 1/2 cup olives, chopped
- 3/4 cup sweet grape tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. Italian dressing, preferably the make-your-own variety, made with balsamic vinegar, according to package directions
Directions:
- Cook shells according to package directions on box. Drain.
- Add two 2 1/2-3 Tbsp. cheese from the packet while pasta is still hot. Mix well.
- Add Italian dressing. Mix well.
- Add broccoli, tomatoes, olives and onions to pasta mixture. Mix well.
