Garlic Spinach Saute

Ingredients:
- 10 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- Heat oil in a large pot or saute pan.
- Toss in garlic, cook for 30 seconds, then reduce heat to low.
- Add spinach at once, toss around to wilt it down.
- Add salt and pepper then serve the wilted spinach.
