Sweet & Tangy Mashed Butternut Squash

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. or 1 medium butternut squash
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A pinch of curry powder
- 3 Tbsp. cultured butter
- Drizzle of local honey
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/4 cup fresh local apple cider
- Kosher salt & pepper, to taste
- Fresh chives for garnish
Directions:
- Steam squash until fork tender.
- Add remaining ingredients and mash until smooth.
- Season with salt & pepper to taste and serve.
